Summary: The Production Ship-Loose Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, labeling, storing, and distributing materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include inspecting materials and forklifts, interpreting work orders, and assisting with material movement and storage. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or construction setting, possess a valid forklift certification, and demonstrate the physical ability to work in a demanding industrial environment. A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork is essential for success in this role. Accountabilities:

| Work Environment and Physical Demands |
| • This role is primarily based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions. • Mobility: Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, or crouch for 8–10 hours per day. • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to handle tools and components. • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs following OSHA standards. • Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must be able to see and hear well enough to navigate safely and communicate effectively. |
