Summary:
JTS is looking for an experienced Project Management Coordinator to play a crucial role within our Project Management Office. This role will be responsible for helping to plan, execute, and monitor various projects within the organization. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Production team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will be responsible for administrative tasks, communication, and coordination to keep projects running smoothly.    


Accountabilities:
  • Accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including tracking incoming and outgoing parts  
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team 
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, such as procurement of project-related supplies  
  • Regularly monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines   
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is accessible to all relevant parties  
  • Identify and report potential deviations or delays and work with the Project Managers  
  • Assist in required State and local certifications  
  • Other job-related responsibilities as assigned

Required Knowledge/Experience:
  • Proven experience as a project management coordinator or similar role.   
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree. 
  • Previous experience in a project support or administrative role is advantageous.    
  • Excellent follow through, accountability, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   
  • Ability to quickly and accurately analyze and solve technical problems. 
  • Effective time management skills who can also adapt to quickly changing priorities and manage stressful situations.  
  • Experience working within most stages of an engineering workflow process.  
  • Project estimating experience from equipment to construction.   
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, and tools.  
  • Professional attitude, dedication to company culture.  
  • Intermediary computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and ERP systems.  
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
