| Essential Functions |
Summary: The Assembly Lead will manage a team of 5-7 employees in the assembly department, focusing on training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assembly tasks. This role is accountable for maintaining accurate timekeeping records, monitoring team performance, and upholding safety, quality, and delivery standards. Reporting directly to the Assembly Area Supervisor, the Assembly Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional department leaders to meet critical project deadlines and drive operational success. Hours of Operation: 4:30 pm - 2:30 am, Monday - Thursday This will include a 10% shift differential Accountabilities:
